Who Are Care Plus Home Care?
Care Plus is one of the leading providers of Domiciliary care services covering counties Fermanagh and Tyrone. We fulfil caring contracts with the Western Health and Social Care Trust.
Established in 1994, Care Plus is responsible for providing an integrated range of services to individuals enabling them to remain as independently as possible in their own homes, improving their wellbeing and outcomes.
With extensive support provided by our head office based in Enniskillen, our regional offices located in Castlederg and Omagh provide a range of care services delivering the highest quality of health and social care to our service users.
We have a rigorous recruitment and selection programme, and we focus on comprehensive staff training and on-going assessment to ensure quality care standards are continuously met across the organisation. Our Training, Compliance, and Recruitment teams work together to offer a portfolio of services that provide a high level of service user satisfaction and job fulfilment for our staff.

Each of our Care Plus offices has been assessed and achieved registration with the relevant health and social care regulatory bodies. Our management is registered with NISCC.
